Hi there, My name is Myrtie and I love joining group classes like spinning, Zumba, kickboxing and especially hoop dancing. I love the music and the motivation we give each other when performing in the class.
I used to be very fat and unhealthy so I read lots of books and articles on how to lose weight but not all work for me. Until one day, I discovered that what I needed was actually motivation. Hence, I decided to give group classes a try. I was so happy with the group classes and in just 6 months, I have lost 8kg.
